三特索道(002159.SZ):5%以上股東股份被凍結 合計達17.74%
格隆匯11月14日丨三特索道(002159.SZ)公佈,近期公司5%以上股東武漢當代城市建設發展有限公司及其一致行動人部分股份被凍結,凍結股份總數為3145.87萬股,佔公司總股本的17.74%。此次凍結是由於當代城建發與武漢高科國有控股集團有限公司合同糾紛引起。凍結股份中,當代科技被凍結股份為481.87萬股,佔其持股的100%,佔公司總股本的2.72%;當代城建發被凍結股份為2664萬股,佔其持股的66.69%,佔公司總股本的15.03%。
