建龍微納(688357.SH):終止實施2023年限制性股票激勵計劃
格隆匯11月8日丨建龍微納(688357.SH)公佈,因公司經營所面臨的內外部環境與制訂股權激勵計劃時相比發生了較大的變化,導致公司預期經營情況與激勵方案考核指標的設定存在偏差,繼續推進和實施激勵計劃難以達到預期的激勵目的和效果。為充分落實對員工的有效激勵,保障廣大投資者的合法權益,從公司長遠發展和員工切身利益出發,經審慎研究,公司擬決定終止實施2023年限制性股票激勵計劃。鑑於公司擬終止實施2023年限制性股票激勵計劃,公司將作廢本激勵計劃首次授予49名激勵對象已獲授但尚未歸屬的38.08萬股限制性股票。
