波音大罷工劃下句號！近六成工人投贊成票，最早本週三開工
上週五，波音公司與其工會達成了一份新的合同提議，並於今日進行投票。
最新結果顯示，有59%的罷工工人支持批准合同，這意味着耗時7周的大罷工終於落下帷幕。
工會要求，工人們必須在11月12日之前返回工作崗位，但他們最早可能在本週三（11月6日）就將返崗。
近六成工人贊成
週一，數萬名罷工的波音機械師進行了投票，59%的工人同意接受合同並結束罷工。
這是自9月份以來的第三次投票，此前國際機械師和航空航天工人協會（IAM）成員已兩次拒絕波音的報價，分別在9月和10月23日。
最新合同包括：在四年內將員工總體薪資提升38%、給予1.2萬美元的簽約獎金、恢復年度獎金計劃（AMPP）、增加對401(k)養老金計劃的繳款。
IAM表示，若考慮到複利加薪，最終工資將上升43.65%。波音稱，這將使未來四年機械師的平均年薪上升至119309美元。
總體而言，IAM 751區主席喬恩·霍爾登（Jon Holden）認為，這是一場勝利。他表示：“我們可以昂首挺胸。我們都堅強地站了起來，我們取得了過去22年來從未取得過的成就。”
不過值得注意的是，工人們此前一直呼籲的恢復舊養老金計劃的要求仍遭到波音的拒絕。
霍爾頓承認，對於41%投票反對這項交易的人來説，養老金可能是一個主要問題。但他表示：“我們的成員應該得到養老金，就像每個工人未來都應該享受安全、公平的退休生活一樣。我們將繼續解決這個問題。”
最早本週三開工
針對返崗計劃，IAM表示，工人們必須在11月12日之前返回工作崗位，但他們最早可能在週三（11月6日）第一個輪班開始時返回。
霍爾登和IAM W24區主席布蘭登·布萊恩特（Brandon Bryant）在一份聯合聲明中稱，他們“已準備好幫助波音改變方向，重新致力於製造世界上最高質量和最安全的飛機。”
他們表示，工會成員“對於這一使命至關重要，現在在決策過程中擁有更強的發言權，以確保實現所需的改進”。
另外，波音公司也對結果感到滿意。
首席執行官凱利・奧特伯格在給員工的一封信中説道：“雖然過去幾個月對我們所有人來説都很困難，但我們都是同一個團隊的一部分。我們只有通過傾聽和共同努力才能前進。要恢復使波音成為標誌性公司的卓越品質，還有很多工作要做。”
投票結果公佈後，美國總統喬・拜登也發表聲明稱：“過去四年來，我們已經證明集體談判是有效的。良好的合同有利於工人、企業和消費者，並且是美國經濟從中間增長的關鍵。”
此前，波音公司公佈今年第三季度財報，顯示虧損額高達60億美元，這成為該公司歷史上表現最為糟糕的季度之一。據安德森經濟集團上個月的估計，自9月份罷工開始以來，波音及其股東已損失約55億美元。
