大華繼顯的研究報吿指,香港一手樓市場在10月顯示出復甦的跡象,交易量顯著增加。而在11月由於高品質的新供應減少,交易量或會回落。然而,該行仍預期在今年第四季至明年首季,房價將回升3%,這主要受租金收益上升和利好的宏觀因素所推動。另一方面,零售房東在大灣區整合中仍面臨挑戰。該行維持對行業的評級“中性”,並偏好地產商而非業主。該行首選是新鴻基地產和領展房產基金,目標價分別為103港元和45.05港元,評級均為“買入”。
