國電南自(600268.SH):子公司擬對南自成套增加註冊資本5000萬元
格隆匯10月24日丨國電南自(600268.SH)公佈,南京南自成套電氣設備有限公司(簡稱“南自成套”)為公司全資子公司江蘇國電南自電力自動化有限公司(簡稱“江蘇南自”)之全資子公司,南自成套為公司全資孫公司。為滿足公司全資孫公司南自成套的市場開拓需要,進一步提高抗風險能力,增強核心競爭力,提升可持續發展能力,公司全資子公司江蘇南自擬以自有資金對南自成套增加註冊資本5,000萬元,本次增資完成後,南自成套註冊資本將由2,200萬元增加至7,200萬元。
