國芯科技(688262.SH)：基於CCRD3304推出了CCUSR6104 RAID卡
格隆匯10月21日丨國芯科技(688262.SH)在投資者互動平台表示，公司基於自主研發的嵌入式CPU技術，為實現信創和信息安全應用領域芯片的安全自主可控和國產化替代提供關鍵技術支撐。在信創和信息安全領域，公司重點發展雲安全芯片、RAID存儲控制芯片、量子安全芯片和端安全芯片，覆蓋雲計算、大數據、物聯網、智能存儲、工業控制和金融電子等關鍵領域，以及服務器等重要產品。其中：（1）雲安全芯片系列包括CCP903T-L、CCP903T-S、CCP903T-M、CCP903T、CCP903T-H、CCP907T、CCP908T等系列安全芯片產品，主要面向服務器、VPN網關、防火牆、路由器、密碼機、智能駕駛路側設備、視頻監控、電力隔離設備、可信計算和5G基站等領域，已成為國內雲安全芯片市場的領先供應商，得到了信安世紀、格爾軟件、國家電網、深信服、中安網脈、吉大正元、中星電子等合作伙伴的一致認可，助力了這些雲安全廠商的業務升級。（2）在端安全領域，公司推出了物聯網安全、生物特徵識別、金融安全、可信安全、視頻安防安全等芯片產品，以及安全高速USB模組、安全TF卡、安全UKEY、安全U盤等模組產品。公司的終端安全芯片產品在金融POS機、視頻安全、指紋識別等領域持續佔有較高的市場份額。（3）在量子安全領域，公司是國內較早的將信息安全芯片與量子技術進行結合的公司，正積極研發端應用量子安全芯片、量子安全TF卡、量子安全U盤和雲應用量子安全PCI-E密碼卡產品系列，公司上述多款產品已經被中電信量子、問天量子等量子領域的頭部企業實際採用和實現銷售，成功應用於電力等關鍵領域中。（4）RAID存儲控制芯片及板卡方面，公司推出兩款RAID控制器芯片CCRD3316和CCRD3304，基於CCRD3316推出了CCUSR8116 RAID卡，對標基於LSI芯片SAS3316的博通9361 RAID卡；基於CCRD3304推出了CCUSR6104 RAID卡，對標基於Marvell芯片88SE9230的摩羯MC2687 RAID卡。上述產品可廣泛應用於服務器、信創存儲設備和系統。可實現同類產品的國產化替代，打破了長期以來RAID控制芯片被國外公司壟斷的局面。
