固生堂(02273.HK)"國醫學堂"施杞大師班啟動，吸引眾多青年醫師加入
10月8日，固生堂"國醫學堂"施杞大師骨傷科正式開班。"國醫學堂"面向固生堂全職醫生開設，由施杞國醫大師作為帶頭人，施杞國醫大師工作室傳承人張霆主任等16位擁有豐富臨牀經驗的中醫專家組成教學團隊。目前，"國醫學堂"已招收50多位學生，均為在固生堂出診的全職醫生。

固生堂"國醫學堂"為期3年，共6學期，總計120學時。授課內容注重中醫臨證實戰，涵蓋中醫基礎知識、經絡腧穴知識、病因病機分析、診斷與辨證施治等核心內容，並將結合中醫骨傷領域的最新進展與前沿技術，通過案例討論分享等形式，使學員能夠將理論與實踐相結合，由基礎、進階向拓展循序漸進，真正掌握中醫骨傷科的治療技能。
施杞國醫大師表示，在知識爆炸的年代，只有不斷學習才能與時俱進，固生堂"國醫學堂"的設立和開班，正是為了滿足固生堂全職醫生對於日新月異的中醫知識的渴求。

"固生堂‘國醫學堂’開班，是固生堂與上海中醫藥大學深化醫聯體合作的又一重要舉措，雙方可充分發揮在卓越中醫人才培養上的優勢，帶動名醫帶教深入基層。"固生堂醫務學術中心相關負責人表示。
近年來，固生堂持續強化全職醫生的引進與培養，在學術科研、職稱晉升兩大方面幫助全職醫生快速成長，吸引了眾多名校畢業生加入。其中，2023年固生堂已招募近200位中醫藥院校碩博畢業生，人才競爭力和品牌優勢愈發顯著。
具體來看，一方面，在學術科研上固生堂形成了成熟的醫生培養體系，賦能全職醫生提升臨牀水平。從成立100多個名醫傳承工作室，到組建各地專家委員會及全國專家委員會，再到啟動"國醫學堂"，固生堂以"師承"為主線，將"點、線、面"一體貫通，連點成線、連線成面，為全職醫生搭建了覆蓋分院、區域、全國的學習交流平台，並且不斷豐富學習內涵，充分發揮國醫大師等頂尖專家優勢，推動專科化學術建設，為全職醫生的全科發展及專業縱深探索提供了廣闊平台。
另一方面，在職稱晉升上，固生堂已在全國10多個城市打通了醫生的職稱晉升通道，更利於醫生個人發展。固生堂作為基層中醫門診，中醫師的職稱評定不受名額限制，並且可享受基層職稱晉升途徑，整體職稱晉升時間更快、效率更高。截至去年，固生堂已有21位醫生順利晉升職稱，其中2名晉升正高，10名晉升副高。
值得關注的是，近日固生堂還與上海中醫藥大學附屬龍華醫院啟動了"施杞國醫大師班"，將師承教育前移至院校教育階段，為中醫出海培養國際化複合型人才。系列人才培養舉措足見固生堂對中醫人才的重視，在政策支持及中醫診療需求攀升環境下，固生堂憑藉人才吸引力和規模效應，有望進一步提升基層中醫服務能力，更好地滿足老百姓的中醫就診需求。
