華泰證券:化債力度加大 建築工程板塊困境反轉
華泰證券研報表示,根據10月12日財政部新聞發佈會,為了緩解地方政府的化債壓力,將出台“近年來支持化債力度最大的一項措施”。華泰證券認為建築工程企業長期為地方政府墊資施工的模式導致其資產負債表受損嚴重,化債力度加強有利於報表修復,有望提升資產質量、改善ROE和現金流,建議關注:低PB大型建築央企;天津、湖南、貴州、江西等彈性地區建企;虧損園林/PPP工程公司邊際改善空間較大。
