大行評級|里昂:預測澳門第三季博彩行業Ebitda按季下跌10% 首選美高梅中國及金沙中國
里昂發表報吿指,澳門賭業股將於10月底開始公佈第三季業績。由於澳門第三季博彩收入按季下跌1.5%,加上利潤率持續受壓,預測行業Ebitda按季下跌10%至17.48億美元。報吿指,由於利潤率預測下調,該行將行業2024至2025年Ebitda預測下調介乎1%至3%。惟內地最近宣佈刺激經濟方案後,該行預期業績會將集中於近期營運更新,而非第三季業績。
另外,由於市場佔有率的提升抵銷利潤率收縮的憂慮,里昂將金沙中國目標價由25.1港元升至25.8港元,評級“跑贏大市”。美高梅中國及金沙中國仍然是該行首選。
