滇池水務(03768.HK)收到昆明市中級人民法院發出的民事判決書
格隆匯10月9日丨滇池水務(03768.HK)發佈公吿，公司於2018年與貴州建工集團有限公司簽訂了水質淨化廠建設工程施工合同，據此，公司將水質淨化廠相關建設工程發包給貴州建工施工。在相關建設工程完工後，公司及貴州建工就結算總價款產生爭議，貴州建工向雲南省昆明市中級人民法院提出了訴訟。
現公司收到昆明市中級人民法院發出的民事判決書，根據判決書所述，原吿貴州建工訴公司建設工程施工合同糾紛一案經昆明市中級人民法院審理終結，判決由公司於判決生效之日起十五日內向貴州建工支付工程款人民幣109,480,041.1元、自2022年5月22日起至2023年11月1日止以尚欠工程款本金人民幣103,474,656.33元為基數按同期全國銀行間同業拆借中心公佈的一年期貸款市場報價利率計算的利息、自2023年11月2日起至2024年2月6日止以尚欠工程款本金人民幣99,474,656.33元為基數按同期全國銀行間同業拆借中心公佈的一年期貸款市場報價利率計算的利息、自2024年2月7日起至款項付清之日止以尚欠工程款本金人民幣96,974,656.33元為基數按同期全國銀行間同業拆借中心公佈的一年期貸款市場報價利率計算的利息以及自2024年4月18日起至款項全部付清之日止以人民幣12,505,384.77元為基數按同期全國銀行間同業拆借中心公佈的一年期貸款市場報價利率計算的利息。
昆明市中級人民法院同時駁回貴州建工的其他訴訟請求。如果公司未按判決書指定的期間履行付款義務，應當按照《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第二百六十四條的規定，增加支付延期履行期間的債務利息。另外，包括案件受理費等合計人民幣951,891.5元由公司承擔。
公司將就上述判決及糾紛進一步尋求法律意見並根據相關法律法規的規定提請上訴，盡最大努力維護公司及其全體股東的整體利益。
