嘉友國際(603871.SH)與大連海事大學簽訂校企合作協議
格隆匯10月7日丨嘉友國際(603871.SH)公佈，近日，公司與大連海事大學簽訂《校企合作協議》。
校企合作協議的主要內容
甲方：大連海事大學
乙方：嘉友國際
雙方經充分協商，將開展以下務實合作：
1、雙方建立各層級互動機制
(1)雙方高層建立定期會晤制度。
(2)雙方具體合作的業務部門加大各類信息交流力度，積極探索並落實相互合作的領域，為雙方高層領導決策及時提供第一手資料。
2、雙方科研合作
(1)甲方充分發揮自身的科研優勢，結合乙方業務現狀和發展需要，在數智物流、智慧港口、綠色航運和多式聯運等領域共同分析新趨勢、新熱點和新模式，充分借鑑國內外成功案例和先進的理念，為乙方發展提供商業模式與先進技術支持。
(2)乙方充分發揮自身的產業優勢，支持甲方的技術成果在乙方示範應用，推進甲方的科技成果、技術專利向乙方轉化和轉移。
3、雙方科技交流與合作
(1)積極推進科技信息資源共享。雙方在數智物流、智慧港口、綠色航運和多式聯運等領域擁有的科技信息資源(需要保密的除外)，儘快實現互通互聯及開放共享。
(2)務實推進科研項目合作。雙方根據合作領域技術發展需求，共同組織科研力量聯合申報重大重點科技項目、科技獎勵、科研平台等，並組織關鍵技術攻關，不斷提高雙方聯合攻關研究的層次與水平。
(3)協同促進產學研合作。雙方圍繞重點合作領域及市場實際需求，促進技術創新成果轉移轉化與產業化，實現科技研發、成果轉移轉化與產業化無縫對接。
(4)卓有成效地開展國際合作。甲方以自身的影響力向世界海事組織、世界著名供應鏈與物流企業、海外知名高校及國內知名高校及科研單位推薦乙方，方便乙方吸引人才，開展卓有成效的國際合作，拓展自身業務。
4、雙方共建人才培養基地
(1)雙方共建高層次的人才培養基地，為雙方發展提供各種層次的人才支持。
(2)雙方共同探索人才培養模式，制定人才培養計劃，創建高層次人才培養平台。
(3)雙方共建學生實踐基地，共同培養專業人才。
5、其它領域合作
(1)雙方藉助自身資源，共同舉辦在全球多式聯運與物流供應鏈行業有影響力的大型活動。
(2)充分利用甲方在國內外港口航運及物流供應鏈領域的資源優勢，支持乙方國際化戰略升級。
(3)甲方應充分發揮其專業性，結合乙方國際陸港物流、多式聯運等方面現狀和需求，與乙方開展多元化的深度交流合作。
6、本協議自雙方簽章之日起生效。
本次校企合作協議的簽訂對公司在技術創新研發、人才培養引進、港口運營管理等方面具有重大意義。通過與大連海事大學的戰略合作，公司將獲得智慧港口、綠色航運和陸港聯動等領域先進技術的支持，優化和升級公司對於坦桑尼亞坦噶港的開發與運營能力，有助於將坦噶港打造為非洲地區現代化港口的典範，提升公司在非洲和全球市場的品牌影響力，為公司進一步推動國際化戰略提供強有力的支撐。此外，藉助大連海事大學出色的創新技術應用與成果轉化能力，包括在智慧物流、數字化運營管理等領域提供的技術和人才保障，全面提升公司陸海聯動多式聯運體系的技術能力，打造更加高效便捷的非洲互聯互通物流運輸網絡。
