A股收評：放量爆拉！滬指站上3300點，創業板指升超15%，券商股全部升停
今日繼續見證歷史，A股放量爆拉；截至收盤，滬指升8.06%報3336點，深成指升10.67%，創業板指升15.36%。全天成交2.59萬億元刷新歷史新高，較前一交易日放量近1.15萬億元，超5330只個股上升，不足10股下跌。
盤面上，“上廣深”樓市齊出新政，地產股走高，信達地產等多股升停；證券板塊現升停潮，東財證券板塊升停，近50只券商股全部升停；軟件開發板塊爆發，國子軟件、華信永道等多股30%升停；半導體板塊衝高，國民技術、芯原股份等多股20%升停；次新股集體走強，新股C無線一度升超393%；電池、數據要素及國產軟件等板塊升幅居前；銀行、公路鐵路及貴金屬等板塊升幅較小。
具體來看
券商板塊全線升停，中信證券、東方財富、申萬宏源、興業證券、華泰證券、中金公司、招商證券等近50只券商股集體升停。
在火熱的行情，天量的成交背景下，券商成為最直接的受益者之一。有分析師指出，市場回暖下，券商全年業績增速預期進一步提高。此外，中長期資金入市將顯著優化資本市場生態，夯實券商長期發展基石，券商有望長期受益機構化趨勢。
房地產板塊迎來升停潮，特發服務20CM升停，信達地產、金地集團、華僑城A、新城控股、綠地控股等近30只股升停。
消息上，9月29日晚間，中國人民銀行會同金融監管總局發佈四項金融支持房地產政策，就9月24日會議提及的住房貸款利率定價、首付比例、保障房再貸款、部分地產金融政策期限的優化發佈官方公吿。與此同時，一線城市相繼“助攻”，廣州全面取消限購，上海、深圳鬆綁限購。
軟件開發板塊全部飄紅，新股C合合升超95%，國子軟件、華信永道30cm升停，長亮科技、天源迪科、四方精創深信服等近50只個股升停。
半導體概念板塊全部上升，中芯國際、國民技術、芯原股份、龍芯中科、華清海科、佰維存儲等近40股升停。
個股方面
新股N長聯一度升超1750%，收盤升超1700%，每股報381元，總市245.52億元。
長聯科技本次IPO發行價21.12元/股，公開發行1611萬股，募集資金3.4億元用於擴大產能及強化研發，進一步增強綜合競爭力。資料顯示，長聯科技是水性印花膠漿行業龍頭，公司專業從事環保水性印花材料的研發、生產、銷售，主要產品包括水性印花膠漿、水性樹脂、絲印硅膠、數碼墨水等。
新股C無線一度升超393%，收盤升超247%，每股報181元，總市724.02億元。
東方財富升停收穫2連板，每股報20.3元，最新市值3204.47億元。
業內人士指出，在火熱的行情，天量的成交背景下，券商成為最直接的受益者之一。
中金認為，市場走出“大底”的關鍵在於中期基本面信號的確認，近期現行關注穩增長政策力度尤其是貨幣政策先行加碼後，後續的財政政策能否跟進，這或將影響股市上行節奏和空間。風格和配置上，短期非銀、地產鏈、泛消費、破淨企業等為政策直接受益領域，中期關注中小市值及成長風格，高股息可能仍顯分化。
