格隆匯9月29日丨天元寵物(301335.SZ)公佈,為推進公司新增募投項目“天元寵物越南寵物籠具項目”的順利實施,公司擬在越南設立全資子公司太平越旺有限公司(擬用名,實際公司名稱以實際取得的投資登記證書/企業登記證書為準)。公司使用募集資金900萬美元以現金方式出資。天元寵物越南寵物籠具項目計劃總投資為人民幣26,500.00萬元,其所需的其餘金額,公司將綜合考慮當地具體政策和項目實際進度,後續將使用募集資金以增資或借款的形式投入。
