比依股份(603215.SH)：擬對境外二級子公司增資
格隆匯9月27日丨比依股份(603215.SH)公佈，為進一步提升公司綜合競爭力，增強中國企業在世界範圍的影響力，通過路徑公司富依集團有限公司（公司100%控股，以下簡稱“香港富依”）和新加坡立達通控股有限公司（香港富依100%控股，以下簡稱“新加坡立達通”）設立境外二級子公司泰國富浩達，並由其建設年產700萬台廚房家電工廠項目，本項目預計達產後可貢獻境外產能儲備700萬台，主要用於空氣炸鍋、咖啡機及未來其他新拓品類小家電的生產製造。
本次增資主要系公司根據項目建設進度及為保證後續項目用款需求，擬以自有資金向泰國富浩達增資3,000萬美元，並按照項目進度和泰國富浩達後續的運營情況分次進行。
公司前期已共計審議向泰國富浩達投資2,000萬美元，計入其註冊資本，詳見公司於2024年4月4日在上交所官網披露的《浙江比依電器股份有限公司關於境外二級子公司投資建設相關項目暨公司作相應增資的公吿》，其中1,000萬美元已獲寧波市商務局審批通過（境外投資證第N3302202300381號），並經寧波市發展和改革委員會備案（甬發改開發[2023]562號），剩餘的1,000萬美元將與本次增資的3,000萬美元一併提交境內外相關主管部門備案，即本次實際備案金額為4,000萬美元。
目前，泰國富浩達已開始人員入境和設備報關等工作，為保證上述工作的順利推進，根據境外投資要求，公司將同步辦理泰國富浩達註冊資本和註冊地址的變更，註冊資本將由初期設立的500萬泰銖變更至70,000萬泰銖（即摺合約2,000萬美元），註冊地址將由初期設立的No.
