A股異動 | 新力金融升停 走出U型反轉 控股股東擬變更
新力金融(600318.SH)盤初快速拉昇封升停,報6.18元,4日連升近20%收復此前跌幅,且走出U型走勢,總市值31.7億元。公司昨日晚公吿,其公司控股股東將由新力科創變更為輝隆投資,但公司實際控制人仍為安徽省供銷合作社聯合社。在業內人士看來,此次調整主要是實控人為優化集團內部的資源配置,謀求更長遠發展。同時新力金融也直言,本次轉讓不會對公司的正常生產經營和持續發展造成不利影響。
