大行評級|摩根大通:英放寬對銀行資本要求收緊建議影響可控 料匯豐公佈業績時進一步回購
摩根大通發表報吿指出,英倫銀行披露《巴塞爾協定三》的第二部分,對英國銀行的整體影響更為可控,至2030年的一級資本要求增幅少於1%,相對於去年為3%。該行認為對匯豐控股及渣打的股東回報上行風險温和,而圍繞商業房地產(CRE)的政策變化,對匯控有適度正面影響,因其CRE佔貸款總額8.3%,至於渣打則受惠於資產負債表表外貸款轉換系數的降低。該行雖然預期有關建議方向有用,但仍需待銀行研究該些變動的確切影響,並可能在即將到來的第三季業績中進行更新。該行繼續預期匯控及渣打的回購前景具韌性,而匯控料將於第三季業績時公佈進一步回購。
