美國財政部宣佈擬定規則 將影響100家大型美國公司
美國財政部宣佈擬定規則，對年利潤達到10億美元的公司徵收15%的企業替代最低税，限制收入扣除和税收抵免。擬議規則將影響100家大型美國公司。預計這些公司在沒有特殊政策的情況下，平均有效聯邦税率為2.6%，其中約有60家公司支付的税率低於1%，25家公司則為零税率。美國財政部官員稱，公司必須遵守2023税年的最低税收要求，但最新的規則預計將於2024税年生效。
歐洲央行再次降息25BP
歐洲央行年內第二次降息，將存款機制利率下調25個基點至3.50%，為2023年6月以來低位；下調再融資利率60個基點至3.65%；下調邊際貸款利率60個基點至3.9%。今後三年GDP增速預期全面下調，通脹預期維持不變。
韓國明年3月底將全面解除賣空禁令
韓國最高金融監管機構9月12日表示，計劃在3月底解除股票賣空禁令，並將確保屆時必要的規則修訂已到位。金融委員會委員長金秉煥表示，目標是允許該策略覆蓋所有股票，而不僅僅是有限數量的股票。他説，解除禁令將有助於消除韓國爭取獲得MSCI公司將其市場升級的一個障礙。
特朗普一天兩次表態：不會再與哈里斯辯論

IEA下調2024年石油需求增長預期
IEA在月度報吿中指出，2024年全球石油需求增速將達到90.3萬桶/日，低於上月預測的97萬桶/日；2025年石油需求增速預期維持在95萬桶/日不變。並預計今明兩年全球石油日均總需求量分別為1.03億桶和1.039億桶。
巴菲特副手出售伯克希爾哈撒韋公司逾半數持股
據路透，沃倫·巴菲特旗下伯克希爾哈撒韋公司長期擔任保險業高管的阿吉特·賈恩本週出售了其所持有的該集團 A 類股票的一半以上。根據週三晚間的監管文件，73歲的賈恩於9月9日以每股 695,418 美元的平均價格出售了 200 股伯克希爾A類股票，價值約1.391億美元。
OpenAI發佈OpenAI o1系列模型的預覽版本，擁有推理能力
當地時間9月12日，OpenAI在官網發佈公吿稱，開始向全體訂閲用户開始推送OpenAI o1預覽模型——也就是此前被廣泛期待的“草莓”大模型。OpenAI表示，對於複雜推理任務而言，新模型代表着人工智能能力的嶄新水平，因此值得將計數重置為1，給它一個有別於“GPT-4”系列的全新名號。

Adobe第三財季營收54.1億美元，分析師預期53.7億美元；預計第四財季營收55.0億-55.5億美元，分析師預期56.0億美元。Adobe盤後跌逾9%。
SpaceX完成人類首次商業太空行走
北京時間9月12日晚上7點59分，美國太空探索技術公司SpaceX宣佈，“北極星黎明”號完成人類首次商業太空行走任務。現年41歲的美國億萬富翁賈裏德·艾薩克曼成為首位完成該任務的人。
