喬鋒智能攜手玄武雲共建CRM系統 引領業務數字化轉型升級
日前，國內主流數控機牀廠商喬鋒智能(301603.SZ)與國內領先的智慧CRM服務提供商玄武雲(2392.HK)達成合作。雙方將圍繞喬鋒智能業務數字化轉型需求進行CRM項目建設。
據悉，在此次合作中，玄武雲子公司玄瞳將基於自身智慧CRM產品及在製造業領域積累的豐富行業經驗，為喬鋒智能提供以客户為中心的服務體系構建方法和管理流程，並將在業務端為公司提供完整閉環的數字化轉型升級方案，以期通過數字化助力喬鋒智能實現業務增長。
資料顯示，喬鋒智能是一家從事中高端數控機牀研發、生產、銷售和服務為一體的國家級專精特新"小巨人"企業，公司為汽車、船舶、新能源、工程機械、智能家電、航天航空、消費電子、半導體與集成電路等產業集羣提供數控智能裝備和技術支持。
玄武雲則是國內領先的智慧CRM服務提供商，目前公司已構建起AI(人工智能)、DI(數據智能)、aPaaS(低代碼開發平台)、cPaaS(雲通信平台)的技術底座，核心SaaS產品應用包括營銷雲、銷售雲、客服雲，基於此，公司可以為客户提供全觸點、全渠道、全生命週期管理的智慧CRM產品及服務，從而助力客户實現高質量的數字化轉型升級。
2024年以來，從中央到地方，製造業數字化轉型正迎來新一輪政策利好。其中，今年《政府工作報吿》明確指出，要積極推進數字產業化、產業數字化，促進數字技術和實體經濟深度融合；實施製造業數字化轉型行動，加快工業互聯網規模化應用，深入開展中小企業數字化賦能專項行動。隨後，在5月份，國務院常務會議審議通過《製造業數字化轉型行動方案》，明確了製造業數字化轉型的目標：至2025年，全面推動製造業主要領域的數字化進程，打造世界級數字化製造業集羣，顯著提升我國在全球產業鏈中的地位與影響力。
與此同時，隨着《中國製造2025》戰略的實施和數控機牀數控化率的不斷提升，市場對高檔數控機牀的需求日益增長，數控機牀行業迎來了前所未有的發展機遇。在此背景下，喬鋒智能的數字化轉型升級，有助於公司更好地把握數控機牀行業更新換代、數控化率提升及國產化替代的發展機遇，進一步提升市場佔有率。
