大行評級|交銀國際:下調中海物業目標價至6.3港元 仍維持“買入”評級
交銀國際發表報吿指,中海物業上半年增長放緩,考慮到內地物管市場尚處於調整階段,目前預測全年收入增長將放緩至約10%。由於下半年開支通常較上半年高,該行目前預測中海物業全年毛利率將大致維持穩定,將今明兩年純利預測下調17.5%及26.1%,至約15.4億元及17.9億元。憧憬新增第三方項目佔比持續提升,第三方項目佔公司在管面積比例明年可達到45%,目前仍然相信該公司未來兩至三年收入及利潤可保持雙位數增幅,維持“買入”評級,目標價下調至6.3港元。
