大行評級丨小摩:工商銀行季績失望 削級降價至5.1港元
摩根大通發表報吿,工商銀行季績令市場失望,但相信股息率能支撐股價,將其評級及由“增持”下調至“中性”,目標價也由5.5港元下調7.2%,降至5.1港元。報吿指出,工商銀行上季業績令市場失望,尤其淨息差及零售資產質素等,加上內地或將樓按轉按,將會令淨息差有壓力,料不利對內地銀行業的信心。摩通又指,工行股價相對同業硬淨,由於季績遜預期,相信近期表現會比對手及市場弱,但相信股息率對股價有支持作用。
