大行評級|海通國際:微降中銀香港目標價至24.12港元 維持“跑贏大市”評級
海通國際發表報吿,中銀香港第二季淨息差穩定,按季擴張一個基點至1.62%,活期及儲蓄存款的佔比亦見改善;不過該行不良貸款比率上升至1.07%,繼續受累於房地產行業。海通國際將中銀香港目標價由25.72輕微降至24.12港元,維持“跑贏大市”評級。海通國際預計中銀香港今明兩年每股盈利分別為3.37及3.12港元,歸屬母公司利潤預測分別為增長8.67%及下跌7.39%。
