持續推進效能優化 中公教育(002607.SZ)上半年盈利同比增長41.38%
8月28日晚間,中公教育發佈2024年半年度業績報吿。上半年,公司實現營業總收入14.48億元,實現歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤1.16億元,較上年同期增長41.38%。中公表示,淨利潤大幅回升,經營效果的持續改善,主要源於近一年的企業運營深度調整,聚焦利潤導向戰略的持續深化。
此前,中公教育多次在不同場合強調"經營整固"這一計劃,表示其本質是在於把公司從規模向效益轉變,從"做大"變為"做精",扭轉企業虧損局面,重回發展軌道。
報吿顯示,公司上半年營業成本為6.09億元同比下降19.51%。銷售費用為2.79億元,相比去年同期的3.52億元下降20.82%,管理費用相比同期減少18.52%,半年報顯示,公司上半年經營的確有所改善,毛利率同比去年增長1.72個百分點。
公司相關人士表示,公司仍處於戰略調整和轉型期,團隊將戰略資源和關注點,聚焦於鞏固傳統業務的核心競爭力,和公司整體盈利能力的提升。今年以來,中公管理層堅持重回創業出發的理念,進行企業內部的深度改革和調整,採取強化成本管控、優化渠道網點、交叉職能釐清調整、組織架構整合等一系列舉措,提升公司整體盈利能力,以良性經營模式重回出發陣位。
公吿顯示,對比去年同期,中公的員工人效比提升44.71%,單位渠道網點產能增長19.72%,團隊更具內生韌性,為公司業績的持續增長和未來發展打下堅實基礎。
下一步,公司將進一步深耕就業服務市場,圍繞就業培訓上下游產業鏈,多維度提供創新型服務,滿足市場全方位需求。
財通證券研報提到,我國15-24歲人口在未來10年進入了持續正增長階段,這部分人羣主要在接受中等和高等教育,並逐步進入勞動力市場,因此他們對消費、就業等產業都有很大影響。此外,政府對教育行業的政策支持,包括對職業教育的鼓勵和對教育培訓機構的規範管理,可預期職業教育和繼續教育的需求將進一步上升。
