格隆匯8月29日丨鐵貨(01029.HK)發佈公吿，截至2024年6月30日止六個月，收益減少至1.123億美元(2023年6月30日：1.392億美元)，主要由於銷量下降18.6%；每噸現金成本增加至97.4美元(2023年6月30日：77.7美元)，主要由於高採礦成本、暫時出口税及俄羅斯高通脹率；EBITDA(不包括非經常性項目及外匯)為負170萬美元(2023年6月30日：正2850萬美元)；基本虧損為10.8百萬美元(2023年6月30日：基本收益930萬美元)；並無錄得任何資產減值(2023年6月30日：資產減值虧損7360萬美元)；股東應占虧損為1320萬美元(2023年6月30日：6570萬美元)；及現金及存款下降至3940萬美元(2023年12月31日：5660萬美元)及淨負債增加至2390萬美元(2023年12月31日：1120萬美元)，主要由於盈利能力降低及於銀行資金轉賬方面遭遇困難而導致延遲收取客户銷售所得款項。
鐵江現貨主席Nikolai Levitskii對業績評論道：“我們於今年面對重重挑戰，於2024年上半年錄得虧損13.2百萬美元。 Kimkan礦場日漸枯竭，其給料礦石質量較低導致產量下降是造成有關虧損的關鍵因素。我們的第三方採礦承包商表現不佳，亦導致我們於今年的產量不足。
於新礦場Sutara全面投入營運前，目前的困局得到顯着改善機會甚微。Sutara為提供更佳礦石質量而設計，不僅將提高產量，亦延長K&S的整體開採年期。我們已開始在Sutara進行剝離作業及採礦工作。將Sutara的營運提升至全產能需時，但在經歷漫長努力後漸現曙光，令人鼓舞。
