H&H國際控股(01112.HK)上半年純利跌49.7%至3.06億元 中期息0.3港元
格隆匯8月27日丨H&H國際控股(01112.HK)公佈中期業績，2024年上半年，集團收入為人民幣66.92億元，同比減少4.1%；毛利為人民幣40.72億元，同比減少4.5%；純利達人民幣3.06億元，同比減少49.7%，基本每股盈利為人民幣0.48元，擬派中期息每股0.30港元。
營收下滑主要由於轉型為新「國標」嬰幼兒配方奶粉系列後，嬰幼兒配方奶粉銷售額下降所致。2024年上半年，集團所有三個業務分部的高利潤及快速增長營養補充品2所得收入按同類比較基準按年增長5.0%，佔集團總收入的66.1%。
2024年上半年，來自中國內地的收入為人民幣45.41億元，按年下降10.5%。降幅主要由於嬰幼兒營養及護理用品與寵物營養及護理用品分部錄得雙位數降幅所致，部分被成人營養及護理用品分部的穩健單位數增長所抵銷。按呈報基準，2024年上半年，來自中國內地的收入佔本集團總收入的67.9%，去年同期則為72.7%。
2024年上半年，按同類比較基準，澳新市場的收入按年增長16.9%至2.07億澳元，佔集團總收入的14.6%。此強勁增長得益於(i)憑藉對免疫、美容營養及一般保健產品日益增長的需求，同時繼續戰略性地專注於本地市場及新產品的推出；(ii)軟糖系列(目前佔據15.6%7的市場份額，排名第二)等高增長產品的貢獻不斷增加；及(iii)強勁的企業代購銷售增長。Swisse於澳洲整體維生素、草本及礦物補充劑市場保持榜首地位。
2024年上半年，來自北美的收入按同類比較基準按年增長8.1%，佔集團總收入的12.2%。穩定增長主要得益於寵物營養品高端化日漸盛行、寵物擬人化趨勢以及寵物數量日益增加。
2024年上半年，來自其他區域的收入按同類比較基準較去年同期上升5.6%。上升主要歸功於意大利、泰國、印度及中東擴張市場的可觀增長。
