玄武雲(2392.HK)發佈2024年中期業績：SaaS營收實現快速增長 淨虧損同比大幅收窄近70%
8月27日，國內領先的智慧CRM服務提供商玄武雲(2392.HK)公佈了2024年中期業績。公吿顯示，公司在上半年實現營收6.5億元，同比增長22.2%；與此同時，基於公司費用管控等措施，玄武雲上半年的經營開支較去年同比下降13.6%，淨虧損大幅收窄69.5%至0.06億元。
從上半年各業務板塊發展來看，玄武雲聚焦的SaaS板塊實現快速增長，報吿期內錄得營收3.7億元，同比增長39.6%。值得注意的是，這也是公司SaaS業務營收佔比首次超50%，達56.4%。其中，聚焦服務金融、政企等行業客户的營銷雲板塊在報吿期內實現營收3.1億元，同比增長41.1%；產品方面，營銷雲以ICC(融信通信中台)為核心不斷升級迭代，創新豐富功能模塊，以滿足更多金融客户的不同業務新需求，加速向更多金融細分領域突破。
作為玄武雲第二增長曲線的銷售雲板塊在報吿期內實現收入43.1百萬元，同比增長34.9%。同時，其年度經常性收入(ARR)達到21.7百萬元，同比增長22.4%。在產品與服務方面，銷售雲聚焦對客户使用產品進行全面升級，此舉也有利於客户使用體驗提升、並增強客户粘性，與此同時，基於業務場景理解及AI、DI等領先技術，玄武雲也在持續打造AI等標準化產品矩陣；另外，作為助力快消客户實現智慧零售門店數字化營銷的標品，玄武雲AIoT智慧冰櫃上半年市場拓展順利，並簽約多家乳品、飲料頭部客户，在合作模式上，AIoT智慧冰櫃新增了AI模型獨立合作解決方案，以便滿足客户方個性化的需求。
在主營業務穩健發展的同時，報吿期內，玄武雲也在持續推進海外市場以及生態合作。據瞭解，公司上半年重點助力國內客户在東南亞、南亞、拉丁美洲等區域的出海營銷。在國內生態合作方面，玄武雲已與華為簽署鴻蒙合作協議，旗下"智慧100"、"iPush"等產品也將啟動鴻蒙原生應用開發，此舉也將為玄武雲客户提供更多樣化選擇，以及更加智能、便捷的產品服務體驗。
對於公司下半年的發展，玄武雲在公吿中表示，公司致力在保持業務穩健發展的同時，將持續加強公司的造血能力，提升盈利能力及強化股東回報，致力在全年業績上實現盈虧平衡。具體來看，玄武雲將在以下四個方面發力：第一，持續聚焦行業百強客户，SaaS+AI產品驅動消費品行業存量客户業務迭代升級；第二，加速更多標準化產品落地，深耕客羣，覆蓋消費品行業中腰部客户；第三，營銷雲助力客户挖掘數據營銷價值，緊跟5G產業發展機遇；第四，積極拓展海外雲通信業務資源，助力國內客户業務出海。
