格隆匯8月27日丨蜂助手(301382.SZ)在投資者互動平台表示，公司基於雲終端核心技術，構建雲手機，架構於HUAWEI鯤鵬ARM服務器之上，形成高級雲手機服務，通過HUAWEI雲統一為運營商提供。在雲終端產品研發和算力運營板塊，公司利用雲終端的“應用在雲上運行和同屏互動”等技術優勢，研發了三大2B的行業應用產品，分別為“工作雲手機、雲櫃枱、雲應用”，這些產品與HUAWEI均有合作。其中，工作雲手機主要面向政府、房地產經紀、金融保險、私域運營、海外直播等領域，提供行業級應用解決方案，利用雲手機的雲端運行和統一管控產品能力，實現“數據不落地、行為可追溯、過程可審計”的管理目標，滿足行業內對信息安全要求嚴、統一管理要求高、運營體驗要求好的業務需求。工作雲手機以APP的形式存在，使用體驗與真機貼近，支持在各類終端設備上使用；雲櫃枱面向政府、金融保險、航空等領域，利用雲終端的同屏互動技術能力，為客服行業，提供以語音、視頻可視化雙向實時操作屏幕的方式 ，建立遠程“面對面”互動式服務，提升客服人員的服務和營銷效率，營造有温度的客户體驗；雲應用面向金融保險、運營商以及長視頻平台等領域，通過應用雲端預裝，本機無需下載APP，只需通過H5鏈接或掃描二維碼的方式就可進入雲化APP，實現快速體驗、跨端調用，從而推動應用側客户拉新促活，提升推廣和運營效率。未來公司將加強與HUAWEI的產品級技術合作，基於HUAWEI鯤鵬ARM架構的服務器及容器虛擬化底座。將“CPU、GPU、存儲”等綜合算力上雲，同時通過雲終端把5G的大帶寬、低延遲優勢使用起來，通過算力套餐的產品模式，將算力應用於泛終端（含手機），同時也為5G的業務創造了全新的商業模式，促進5G的穩健發展。除此之外，在HUAWEI鴻蒙生態應用中，公司與HUAWEI錢包合作，向其終端用户提供數字化虛擬商品一站式交易服務，供用户購買使用。同時，公司作為HUAWEI生態合作伙伴，是HUAWEI視頻代理商，負責金融等渠道的產品推廣。
