大行評級|麥格理:下調九毛九目標價至2.6港元 指其尚未走出困境
麥格理髮表報吿指,九毛九尚未走出困境,上半年淨利潤按年下跌67.5%至7200萬元,與較早前的盈警一致,並料第三季同店銷售增長改善有限。該行將其目標價由3.4港元降至2.6港元,評級“中性”。
報吿指,在激烈競爭及消費放緩的環境下,慫火鍋的轉型需要時間。該行認為,審慎的擴張步伐似乎是正確的做法,因為公司優先恢復利潤而非增長,下調2024和2025財年淨利潤預測各21%和24%,以反映太二同店銷售增長復甦緩慢及慫火鍋轉型過渡期延長。
