A股收評：滬指微升0.04%，西部大開發、電池概念大升
前7月證券交易印花税同比下降55%，A股主要指數今日小幅震盪，截至收盤，滬指升0.04%報2855點，深證成指升0.16%，創業板指跌0.1%。超3800股上升，全天成交5265億元，較前一交易日增量163億元。
盤面上，電池板塊活躍，刀片電池、固態電池等方向領升，德新科技、聖陽股份等多股升停；西部大開發板塊走高，西部牧業、新疆火炬等多股升停；糧食概念走強，東方集團升停；石墨烯、摺疊屏及汽車一體化壓鑄等板塊升幅居前。另外，鐵路公路板塊下挫，錦江在線、山西高速等多股跌停；教育板塊走低，*ST開元跌超13%；跨境支付板塊走弱，東方通領跌；汽車整車、痘病毒防治及CPO概念等跌幅居前。
具體來看：
西部大開發概念爆發，西部牧業、川潤股份、西部建設、新疆火炬等13股升停，川環科技升超16%，新研股份升超13%。
消息面上，中共中央政治局8月23日召開會議，審議《進一步推動西部大開發形成新格局的若干政策措施》。
固態電池概念大升，聖陽股份、東方鋯業等10股升停，力王股份升超21%，鵬輝能源升超19%，天力鋰能升超14%，孚能科技升超11%。
國檢集團等多股升停，建科股份、建研院、國檢集團、上海建科升停，深圳瑞捷、羅普斯金、盈建科、華建集團、招標股份等升幅靠前。
消息面上，住建部副部長董建國近日表示，研究建立房屋體檢、房屋養老金、房屋保險這三項制度，構建全生命週期的房屋安全管理長效機制，上海等22個城市目前正開展試點。
能源金屬股表現活躍，威領股份升停，西藏礦業升超5%，華友鈷業、贛鋒鋰業等跟升。
糧食概念走高，東方集團升停，金健米業升超6%，蘇墾農發、登海種業等跟升。
教育股走低，*ST開元跌超13%，傳智教育、ST東村跌超4%，創業黑馬、學大教育等跟跌。
公路鐵路運輸跌幅跌幅居前，錦江在線、山西高速、深高速跌停，福建高速、四川成渝跟跌。
展望後市，中信建投表示，市場轉機正在逐步孕育。中報披露期即將過去，市場將完成盈利預期下修，同時聯儲九月降息信號強烈，若配合國內政策加碼發力信號，市場有望打開向上空間。短期除高勝率的穩定紅利資產和中報超預期且景氣持續方向，亦可關注中報利空落地後基本面預期改善方向。中期而言，重視產能週期變化，企業承受供給投放壓力最大階段將逐步過去，從A股資本開支和供給週期看，環境將類似12-13年。
