建滔集團(00148.HK)上半年純利升8%至15.07億港元 中期息40港仙
格隆匯8月26日丨建滔集團(00148.HK)公佈中期業績，2024年上半年，集團營業額較去年同期上升9%，至204.15億港元，公司持有人應占純利上升8%，至15.07億港元。董事會決定派發中期股息每股40港仙。
覆銅面板部門：回顧期內，傳統電子消費市場需求增長，尤其是空調及光電板更是需求大幅增加，加上AI行業高速發展以及汽車電子化及智能化持續推進，提升了覆銅面板的需求。同時，覆銅面板部門積極拓展新的市場領域，產品組合優化取得理想進展，高端、高附加值產品銷售數量持續增加。覆銅面板部門營業額上升7%，至88.83億港元。回顧期內，雖然銅價大幅飆升，但覆銅面板的加價幅度除了能抵消銅價上升所帶來的成本壓力外，還能提升部門的毛利率。另外，有賴經驗豐富的管理團隊不斷改進生產技術來提升生產效率及降低能耗，同時透過提升生產設備自動化率減省人員開支，未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前之利潤上升34%，至15.93億港元。
印刷線路板部門：回顧期內，如上文所述，印刷線路板的需求也同樣因此提升，加上部門於汽車、通訊、消費電子產品等各領域均不斷拓展市場，多國知名品牌均有采用建滔的產品。同時，印刷線路板工廠持續引進高質素管理及專業技術人才，投入先進機器設備，打造高度自動化生產線，部門向高階線路板方向發展取得成效，構建更高附加值的產品組合。採用現代化製造執行系統("MES")、推行全流程精準品質追溯及分析，提升生產效率及產品質量，以市場先行、效率先行為目標。管理團隊不斷改進生產技術及提升生產設備自動化率以提高效益減省成本，部門銷售額上升2%至58.11億港元，未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前之盈利則上升16%至11.23億港元。
化工部門：回顧期內，位於廣東省惠州市大亞灣區年產45萬噸的苯酚丙酮項目經已投產，以及部門之主要化工產品醋酸及燒礆的銷售量增加。因此，部門營業額(包括分部間之銷售)上升27%，至65.15億港元，未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前之盈利亦隨之上升43%，至4.44億港元。
房地產部門：因期內住宅物業交付量減少，物業銷售營業額下降43%至1.91億港元。租金收入則因整體出租率上升及免租期陸續屆滿，上升2%至7.29億港元。房地產部門總營業額下降12%，至9.20億港元。未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前之盈利下降5%，至5.57億港元。
