大行評級|高盛:下調恒基地產目標價至19.5港元 維持“沽售”評級
高盛發表研報指,恒基地產中期業績遜預期,上半年每股基礎盈利為47港仙,較該行預測大幅低出38%,主因是期內入賬滯後,以及物業發展利潤率低於預期所致。計及上半年業績及物業項目入賬時間表後,該行現時將恒地2024至2026年每股基礎盈利預測分別下調30%、14%及4%,預期期內各年年度每股總派息可維持在1.8港元,目標價則從21.4港元降至19.5港元,維持“沽售”評級。
