豪森智能(688529.SH)：擬3000萬元設立全資子公司 以實施汽車智能製造裝備的人形機器人研發與應用項目
格隆匯8月21日丨豪森智能(688529.SH)公佈，公司立足於主營業務經營和戰略發展需要，依託現有在智能裝備領域的核心技術，擬以自有資金3,000.00萬元設立全資子公司豪森機器人。以實施汽車智能製造裝備的人形機器人研發與應用項目，重點發展人形機器人集成和自主移動機器人（Autonomous Mobile Robot，以下簡稱“AMR”）的軟硬件產品在公司主營業務智能產線領域應用的研發、設計與銷售業務，並進一步拓展人形機器人和 AMR智能生產設備和測試設備的研發、設計、生產與銷售業務。
預計本項目總投資金額不超過8,015.70萬元，資金來源為公司自有資金或自籌資金；計劃從2024年8月開始建設，實施週期為2年。
本項目在人形機器人和AMR的軟硬件產品在公司智能產線領域的集成應用領域，主要依託現有主營業務對現有智能產線設備進行升級重塑，開發適用於汽車核心零部件生產裝配的人形機器人、AMR機器人集成設備，實現人形機器人、AMR與現有生產設備和系統的集成和協同工作，降低下游主機廠和零部件廠商的生產成本，提高市場競爭力，推動人形機器人產業在汽車製造領域的快速發展和應用。
本項目擬進一步拓展公司現有業務，開發人形機器人核心零部件及本體生產測試設備、積累測試數據進行驗證分析，推動制定人形機器人大規模應用標準，進而發展人形機器人和AMR智能生產設備和測試設備的研發、設計、生產與銷售業務，研發設計適用於人形機器人和AMR的智能生產設備和測試設備，搭建針對人形機器人和AMR的智能設備和測試設備所需的供應鏈體系，同時擴展包括下游人形機器人和AMR整機生產廠家和關鍵零部件廠家在內的市場客户。通過不斷的技術創新和市場開拓，將人形機器人和AMR領域的智能生產設備和測試設備打造成為公司新的業務增長點，實現產品線的多元發展和市場的持續擴張。
