香港交易所(00388.HK)第二季度股東應占溢利達31.55億元 同比上升9%
格隆匯8月21日丨香港交易所(00388.HK)公佈2024年中期業績，2024年上半年收入及其他收益為106.21億元，與2023年上半年相若，其中主要業務收入與2023年上半年相若，原因是雖然現貨市場的交易及結算收入、投資收益淨額以及上市費收入減少，但LME交易及結算費收入因成交量及收費有所增加已抵銷大部分跌幅。公司資金的投資收益淨額為9.01億元(2023年上半年：8.17億元)，受惠於高利率環境；股東應占溢利為61.25億元，較2023年上半年下跌3%。董事會宣派中期股息每股4.36元，以現金派付。
2024年第二季，集團收入及其他收益以及溢利均創歷年第二季度的新高。2024年第二季收入及其他收益為54.20億元，較2023年第二季上升8%，其中主要業務收入較2023年第二季上升7%，源於現貨、衍生產品及商品市場成交量上升，使交易及結算費增加。公司資金的投資收益淨額為3.66億元(2023年第二季：2.68億元)，源於內部管理的公司資金的投資收益上升及外部組合的公平值收益淨額增加；EBITDA利潤率為74%，較2023年第二季上升1個百分點；股東應占溢利為31.55億元，較2023年第二季上升9%。
集團行政總裁陳翊庭表示：香港交易所上半年業績穩健，其中，第二季度隨着市場回升及交投活躍，集團收入及其他收益和溢利均創當季新高。集團的多元化戰略持續顯現成效，衍生產品市場成交量屢創新高，LME上半年收費交易金屬合約的平均每日成交量按年升29%。融資活動保持韌性並出現回暖跡象，第二季上市新股數目及集資額分別較第一季上升50%及79%。
期內，香港交易所取得了重要戰略進展，推出了多項措施進一步提升市場競爭力，包括就下調證券市場股票最低上落價位的建議諮詢市場意見、推出「互換通」最新優化措施以及準備2024年9月23日起實施惡劣天氣下正常交易的安排等。我們也宣佈了一個重要的科技投資項目—開發「領航星衍生產品平台」，在科技賦能的進程上邁出重要一步，致力確保香港市場為迎接未來做好準備。
