美聯儲理事鮑曼：如果通脹持續下降 將支持降息
據路透，美聯儲理事鮑曼表示，她對政策轉向仍持謹慎態度，因為通脹仍然存在上行風險，但如果物價增長繼續放緩，央行開始逐步降低利率將是合適的。她關於通脹及政策的表態和本月早些時候的説法一致。鮑曼稱，勞動力市場繼續放鬆且有“跡象表明勞動力市場正在變得更加平衡”。
瑞典央行降息25個基點
瑞典央行降息25個基點，將基準利率從3.75%降至3.50%，符合市場預期，此前其在5月降息後在6月停止降息。瑞典央行表示，政策利率今年可能再下調兩到三次，速度略快於委員會在六月的評估。
以總理稱不確定是否會達成停火協議

拜登政府針對競業禁止協議的禁令被法官推翻
據CNBC，週二，美國得州一名聯邦法官禁止美國聯邦貿易委員會（FTC）的一項規則生效，該規定將禁止工人通常簽署的不加入僱主競爭對手或創辦競爭企業的協議。達拉斯地區法官Ada Brown表示，執行聯邦反壟斷法的FTC沒有權力通過採用廣泛的規則來禁止其認為不公平的競爭方式。“委員會缺乏證據證明他們為什麼選擇實施如此全面的禁令……而不是針對具體的、有害的競業禁止，使該規則變得武斷和反覆無常，”Brown寫道。

美國禮來公司在官網發佈消息稱，旗下明星GLP-1藥物替爾泊肽將患有糖尿病前期和肥胖或超重的成年人進展為二型糖尿病的風險顯著降低94%。除了降低二型糖尿病的進展風險，最新的研究結果還顯示，替爾泊肽可以在整個治療期間帶來體重的持續減輕。此外，禮來與Organon已將偏頭痛藥物Emgality(galcanezumab)的商業化協議擴展至另外11個市場。禮來今日收升3.06%，報958.66美元。
