建設銀行(601939.SH):境內二級資本債券贖回完成
格隆匯8月20日丨建設銀行(601939.SH)公佈,2014年8月,在全國銀行間債券市場發行了規模為人民幣200億元的二級資本債券。
根據本期債券募集説明書的相關規定,本期債券設有發行人贖回選擇權,本行有權在本期債券第10個計息年度的最後一日(即2024年8月18日,因遇休息日,順延至其後第一個工作日2024年8月19日),按面值全額贖回本期債券。近期本行已取得國家金融監督管理總局出具的對贖回本期債券無異議的覆函。截至本公吿日,本行已行使贖回權,全額贖回了本期債券。
