“日銷+大促”雙核運營效果顯現,天貓美粧73個新品牌成交破億
8月19日,天貓金粧獎在上海舉行。被譽為美粧屆“奧斯卡”的天貓金粧獎進入第十年,今年參會的品牌較去年翻了一番,規模近年來最大,獎項也更為細分,更具行業、消費者參考性。會場外,旺旺、蜜蜂驚喜社、陳潔KiKi、烈兒寶貝、香菇來了等主播全程直播,展現了天貓美粧直播生態。
十年來,美粧行業風雲變幻,不變的是,品牌對天貓這一美粧主陣地的選擇,以及對長期、穩定生意的堅守。今年金粧獎,新增了“金粧十年品牌獎”、“年度中國品牌獎”等獎項,雅詩蘭黛、蘭蔻、歐萊雅、珀萊雅、自然堂、薇諾娜、可復美、立白、自由點紛紛在列。
“消費市場快速迭代,美粧品牌需要與時俱進,堅持為消費者創造長期價值,才能持續穿越多個週期。”淘天集團快速消費品事業部總經理暮珊表示,每年金粧獎,都希望品牌商家在這裏看見新趨勢、新增長和新商機。

今年4月份的Toptalk上,天貓大快消宣佈升級“日銷+大促”雙核運營體系,全面升級三大舉措實現人、貨、場精準匹配,加速品牌生意增長,提升品牌長線經營效率。近半年過去,天貓美粧在金粧獎上交出了一份答卷——三大舉措帶來了全面增長。以巴黎歐萊雅為例,在將“做大日銷”作為品牌增長新策略後,日銷期生意增長貢獻上升了351%。
用户側,新機會頻現。天貓美粧人羣標籤進入3.0時代,過去的八大策略人羣,升級為嶄新的十大策略人羣,並構建了超過20個品類垂直場景標籤。更精細化的人羣標籤運營帶來了價值用户的增長。“我們看到了高價值用户的全面爆發,無論是用户規模、用户客單以及天貓的88VIP用户,都有雙位數的增長。”暮珊表示,在新的人羣策略下,品牌投放效率提升了超30%,會員成交呈雙位數增長。
一組有趣的數據顯示,50歲以上的新銀髮一族中,愛美大軍日益壯大,他們購買美甲和假睫毛的增速達到了市場整體增速的10倍;愛乾淨的男士們購買內衣洗衣液的增速是女性的6倍,購買小白鞋清潔巾是女性的3倍;小鎮青年們購買香水/香氛類產品的增速是大盤的10倍……每一個更精細的人羣標籤裏,都藏着無限的新機。
供給側,更細分的行業洞察,利於新品的孵化,幫助新品牌迎來爆發。數據顯示,過去一年,天貓美粧有73個新品牌成交額破億,且呈超50%的趨勢增長,其中,超級單品貢獻率超過30%。以珀萊雅為例,過去一年,珀萊雅超級單品紅寶石面霜累計賣出超670萬件,早 C晚A精華新品升級後賣出超60萬件。接下去,天貓美粧將繼續通過分層運營,加速品牌各梯隊貨品成長及打爆,重點加速孵化潛力超級單品,支持品牌走得更遠、更穩。
直播側,天貓美粧發力“店播+達播雙輪運轉”模式,聯手品牌找到新的增量。過去一年,天貓美粧誕生了500家以上的自播品牌,章小蕙、瑜大公子、千惠、仙姆老師等一系列的優質達人被引入,垂類主播不斷被髮掘和孵化,目前天貓美粧已合作了超10萬的垂類主播,整體合作人數同比增長了150%。

細分賽道新主播的不斷湧現,也帶來了垂直品類成交的增長,如造型假髮同比增長超4500%,美甲/穿戴甲同比增長445%,精華油品類同比增長近150%……
一切聚焦品牌增長,是天貓2024年的核心目標。“上半年,我們的平台投資接近翻倍,品牌的長線經營ROI在穩健增長;下半年,我們會進一步加大投資,為品牌的確定性增長保駕護航。”暮珊表示,“我們希望能與品牌攜手創新,在不確定性的變化中,尋找確定性的增長路徑。”
