格隆匯8月19日丨ST廣網(600831.SH)公佈，公司與騰訊雲計算（北京）有限責任公司（簡稱騰訊雲）在西安簽訂《促進產業發展戰略合作協議》，結成戰略合作伙伴關係。公司與騰訊雲已在多個領域開展合作，包括在融媒業務中，騰訊云為公司建設了AI中台、用户中台、數據中台、運維中台；在網絡寬帶業務場景中，騰訊雲依託雲資源及遊戲相關的技術積累，為公司提供遊戲加速服務。在此基礎上，雙方計劃在多個關鍵領域展開深度合作，以推動公司業務的全面升級和創新。
依託公司在融媒體平台建設、智能移動客户端、新媒體平台等方面的本地化資源，以及騰訊雲在雲計算、大數據、AI技術等方面的領先能力，推動在傳媒、政務等行業的深度合作。致力於融媒業務音視頻能力升級，通過4K/8K視頻處理、視頻壓縮等技術提升超高清內容處理和投屏體驗，優化音視頻傳輸質量，滿足用户對高質量內容的需求。積極探索AIGC技術的應用，實現視頻、圖像、稿件等內容的自動生產，提升內容生產的效率與創意水平。在國際傳播方向展開深度合作，實現文化內容的多語言化和高效傳輸，提升中國文化在全球範圍內的影響力。
在行業線上線下深度合作方面，充分發揮雙方的行業資源積累，探索形成聯合解決方案，共享市場信息與渠道資源，結合騰訊醫療人工智能能力，開展AI+醫療服務、AI+健康服務、健康知識普及等智能化的醫療服務，搭建全場景醫療服務平台，構建連接相關各方的醫療服務網絡，助力醫療產業數字化轉型升級；在互聯網+醫療創新服務方面，發揮騰訊雲互聯網C端的觸達、連接優勢和技術優勢，以微信和企業微信兩大工具為支撐，幫助本公司運營本地化行業資源，全面開展互聯網醫院建設，通過信息化建設的升級優化，為醫療機構提供信息共享、無紙化辦公、智慧化服務的新型服務模式。
