港股異動丨五礦地產暴跌超26%為表現最差港股,發盈警預計上半年轉虧
發盈警的五礦地產(0230.HK)盤初一度暴跌超26%至0.25港元,股價創3月25日以來新低,且為今日表現最差港股。
消息面上,集團上週五晚發盈警,預料截至6月底止中期股東應占虧損約10億港元,而2023年度同期錄得股東應占溢利1.12億港元。預期盈轉虧,主要由於房地產發展業務收入大幅減少;房地產發展業務毛利率大幅下降;以及期內確認存貨減值準備及根據預期信用虧損模型下確認的減值虧損。
