中信建投:金屬3D打印發動機有望成為航空航天領域主流技術工藝
中信建投證券研報認為,增材製造(即“3D打印”)是具有顛覆性的先進製造技術,軍民領域應用前景光明,市場空間廣闊。3D打印技術通過零部件整合,助力發動機輕量化、集成化、推力與可靠性提升,金屬3D打印發動機有望成為航空航天領域主流技術工藝。近日,美國SpaceX發佈猛禽3液氧甲烷發動機,受益於3D打印技術加持,猛禽3發動機相較於猛禽2更輕、更有力、效率更高。航天應用方面,通用電氣航空航天公司已於7月向飛機制造商交付了用於波音777X的首台GE9X發動機生產版本。GE9X是當前世界上推力最強大的噴氣發動機之一,最大推力能夠達到60.8噸。該發動機採用了多達304個3D打印零部件,是GE在航空發動機領域應用3D打印技術的重要里程碑。
