武漢控股(600168.SH)：擬實施白鶴嘴水廠分佈式光伏項目
格隆匯8月13日丨武漢控股(600168.SH)公佈，擬實施白鶴嘴水廠分佈式光伏項目，一是可以為自來水廠提供綠色清潔電能，有效降低企業經營成本；二是可綜合利用土地資源，有效的實現土地及空間資源的二次利用，實現存量資產增值；三是通過探索水處理資源與綠色產業佈局的協同發展模式，為未來在水務設施上推廣綠色清潔能源奠定基礎；四是可為公司開拓新的業務板塊、拓展發展空間。綜上所述，實施該項目具有良好的經濟與社會效益。
本項目擬在公司所屬白鶴嘴水廠廠區沉澱池（一期）、濾池（一期）、清水池（一期）、加氯加礬間、濃縮池東側空地和深度處理綜合池上方建設光伏電站。項目總裝機容量約3.04MWp，其中，清水池池頂裝機容量約849.6kWp，濾池頂部裝機容量約212.4kWp，沉澱池頂部裝機容量約1725.75kWp，加氯加礬間頂部裝機容量約123.31kWp，深度處理綜合池頂部裝機容量約129.21kWp。項目總佔地面積約2.5萬平方米，其中，清水池佔地面積約7200平方米，沉澱池頂部佔地面積約8500萬平方米，其他屋頂佔地面積約9300萬平方米。本項目設置3個併網點（1個6kV併網點，2個0.38kV併網點），利用電纜線路將分佈式光伏接入用户電網0.38kV/6kV母線。本項目接入點數量及光伏電站規模以供電公司批覆的光伏電站上網工程接入系統報吿為準。
經測算，本項目總投資約1,808萬元。包括：建設投資約1,794萬元，其中自有資金約359萬元，銀行貸款約1,435萬元；建設期利息約14萬元。項目擬由公司下屬武漢水務環境科技有限公司（以下簡稱“武漢水務環境公司”）投資、建設、運營。本項目經營期為25年，預計項目經營期內可實現收入約4,478萬元，成本約3,139萬元，淨利潤約777萬元，項目資本金所得税後內部收益率為6.02%，投資回收期18.82年。
