港股收評:恒科指升2.08%,內房股全天強勢,芯片、汽車股走俏
8月9日,港股三大指數全天走俏,午後稍有回調但仍維持強勢行情,市場做多情緒回升明顯。截止收盤,恒指升1.17%重回萬七關口,國指升1.29%,恒生科技指數升2.08%表現較佳,且盤中一度大升3.5%。

盤面上,作為市場風向標的大型科技股全線拉昇上升,內房股、物管股全天強勢,新能源車領銜汽車股上升;半導體股走俏,中芯國際盤中一度大升超9%收升近5%;黃金股、石油股等避險板塊表現活躍。電信股逆勢下跌,三大運營商齊跌,餐飲股午後跌勢擴大,海底撈跌2.66%市值下破700億港元。

具體來看:
大型科技股普升,小米升3.54%,快手、網易升3%,百度升2.84%,阿里巴巴、美團、京東升超1%。國信證券表示,整個上半年,港股互聯網各龍頭公司已表現出微觀基本面築底回升的特徵,現在正處在微觀企業經營效率的小週期回升的起點,有望推動港股互聯網板塊開啟長期基本面修復行情。

芯片股大升,晶門半導體升超5%,中芯國際、中電華大科技升超4%。個股消息面上,中芯國際二季度業績大超預期,二季度營收19.0億美元,環比增長8.6%,同比增長21.8%,市場預估18.4億美元。

內房股升幅居前,世茂集團升超8%,新城發展、金輝控股升超4%。統計局數據顯示,7月CPI同比上升0.5%,高於市場預期的0.3%,升幅比6月的0.2%擴大0.3個百分點,某程度反映消費需求持續恢復。 另外還值得注意的是,全國各地推出的一系列提振房地產政策中,已有“收儲商品房”模式具體落地。繼5月份廣州增城公開徵集商品房作鐵路項目安置房源後,深圳市安居集團最近也官宣將收購商品房用作保障性住房。業內人士認為,一線城市已開啟“以購代建”模式,預計京滬後續也有望跟進。

新能源汽車股普升,恒大汽車、理想汽車升超5%,小鵬汽車、蔚來、比亞迪股份升超3%。乘聯會數據顯示,今年7月新能源車國內零售滲透率首次超過50%,達到51.1%,同比升15個百分點,意味在乘用車終端銷售中,新能源汽車銷量已超過燃油車,成為內地市場主流。 乘聯分會統計,2021年至2023年,中國新能源汽車零售滲透率分別達到14.8%、27.6%和35.7%。內地先前制定的目標是2025年新能源汽車滲透率達到20%,這一目標提前三年完成目標。

黃金股上揚,招金礦業、中國黃金國際升超2%。消息面上,資金流入避險產品,加上市場憧憬美聯儲將於9月大幅減息,倫敦金現週四收升1.86%報2427美元,終結5連跌。

電信股跌幅居前,中國電信、中國聯通跌超3%,中國移動跌超1%。個股消息面上,中國移動上半年營業收入為5467.44億元,同比增長3.0%。淨利潤802億元,同比增長5.3%。國際投行里昂發佈研報稱,由於政府和企業在經濟疲弱的情況下縮減IT開支,因此中資電信股今年上半年的業績將較為疲弱,總服務收入增長將會放緩3%至4%。而從中國移動上半年產業互聯網收入增長將放緩至約10%的跡象看,里昂預計中國電信和中國聯通的相關收入增長也將放緩至個位數。

醫藥外包概念股下挫,凱萊英跌超3%,藥明康德、昭衍新藥跌超2%,康龍化成、方達控股等跟跌。

今日,南向資金淨買入22.78億港元,其中港股通(滬)淨買入13.29億港元,港股通(深)淨買入9.49億港元。

展望後市,興業證券認為,港股第二階段行情的必要條件已經成熟。經過兩個多月的調整,港股風險得到充分釋放,配置價值凸顯。市場情緒顯著回落,港股估值水平回到歷史低位區間。
港股第二階段行情的核心動力是龍頭公司盈利預測上調和持續回購。8月份港股中報季將到來,核心資產的業績指引有望超預期。在高質量發展背景下,投資者將更加重視股東回報,港股龍頭公司持續提高分紅和回購,將提升配置吸引力。
