永泰能源(600157.SH)：所屬煤礦優質焦煤資源具備資源擴增條件
格隆匯8月8日丨永泰能源(600157.SH)公佈，根據《山西省人民政府關於有序推進煤炭資源接續配置保障煤礦穩產保供的意見》（晉政發〔2022〕2號）、《山西省自然資源廳關於進一步完善礦產資源勘查開採管理若干事項的通知》（晉自然資規〔2024〕2號）相關規定，公司所屬孫義煤礦、孟子峪煤礦和金泰源煤礦周邊優質焦煤邊界資源符合上述規定要求，具備資源擴增條件，其中：孫義煤礦擬擴增邊界資源面積1.2168平方公里，預測資源量約715萬噸；孟子峪煤礦擬擴增邊界資源面積1.9971平方公里，預測資源量約587萬噸；金泰源煤礦擬擴增邊界資源面積2.0780平方公里，預測資源量約673萬噸；上述3座煤礦合計擬擴增邊界資源面積5.2919平方公里，預測資源量約1,975萬噸。
為充分開發稀缺焦煤資源、增加公司資源儲量、提升公司持續經營能力，公司現已將相關申請材料上報至山西省自然資源廳，且已納入省礦業權出讓項目庫並完成了市、縣級核查。近日，在山西省委、省政府大力支持下，相關部門已啟動上述3座礦井邊界資源出讓程序。
在取得上述煤炭資源後，預計公司將增加優質焦煤資源量1,975萬噸，相當於新增一座中型礦井；按照採出比75%計算，可採出優質焦煤約1,481萬噸，對公司資產價值和經營業績提升將產生積極影響：
1．現有生產礦井通過擴展邊界獲取資源配置，可直接增加採礦權範圍內優質、稀缺焦煤資源量1,975萬噸，按目前市場相關資源價格約120元/噸計算，可增加公司資產價值約24億元。
2．有效支持公司相關礦井後續產能核增工作；同時，按照提升公司煤炭產能60萬噸/年計算，較新建礦井可節省投資約5億元。
3．有效延長所屬礦井服務年限（按照現有產能計算），公司所屬3座礦井平均延長服務年限約6年。
4．預計增加公司淨利潤總額約30億元（按照公司煤炭採選業務目前噸煤平均淨利潤約200元/噸及新增可採儲量計算），將進一步增厚公司整體經營業績。
