港股收評:恒指萬七關口得而復失,教育、海運股下挫,手遊股活躍
8月8日,港股上午盤三大指數低開高走,午後持續回落轉跌,大市成交持續低迷。截止收盤,恒指、國指分別小幅上升0.08%及0.14%。恒指萬七關口得而復失,恒生科技指數跌0.47%,早盤一度升至1.3%。

盤面上,大型科技股午後多數轉跌,教育股今日跌幅明顯,權重股新東方跌6.5%;集運歐線主力合約一度跌超12%,馬士基預計集裝箱需求增幅放緩,海運股午後跌幅擴大;軍工股、紙業股、零售股、重型機械股、汽車股、濠賭股、黃金股紛紛走低。另一方面,富瑞指內地每月遊戲審批已步入正軌,手遊股普遍表現活躍,電信股、餐飲股、體育用品股、蘋果概念股、藥品股多數上升。

具體來看:
大型科技股升跌不一,嗶哩嗶哩跌超5%,美團跌1.32%,京東、百度、小米飄綠,快手、騰訊收升超1%。

手遊股走強,智傲控股升超3%,博雅互動、友誼時光升超2%,騰訊跌超1%。此前,富瑞發佈研究報吿稱,內地每月遊戲審批已步入正軌,每個月遊戲審批量超過100。

內房股衝高回落,世茂集團升超6%,遠洋集團升超3%,融創中國、新城發展升超2%。中泰證券認為,近期,多地不斷開展住房公積金深化改革,並持續推進“賣舊買新”模式,預計後續更多寬鬆政策有望釋放,板塊估值或得到一定程度的修復。

教育股跌幅居前,新東方-S跌超6%,卓越教育集團、思考樂教育、中國科培跌超5%。個股消息面上,今日羅永浩五千字迴應俞敏洪20年好友張翔指責的“五宗罪”。他呼籲俞敏洪的支持者不要再激怒他,否則將把新東方三十年猛料寫成書,俞敏洪就只能退休了。

航運股下挫,珠江船務、東方海外國際跌超4%,中遠海控、海豐國際、中遠海控跌超3%。消息面上,全球航運巨頭馬士基CEO柯文勝表示,紅海地區的局勢仍然嚴峻,全球供應鏈面臨着持續的壓力,預計今年內的態勢都會如此。由於市場風險持續存在,全球集裝將在未來幾個季度繼續增長,但增幅將有所放緩。

汽車股走低,小鵬汽車、蔚來跌超3%,廣汽集團、華晨中國、比亞迪股份跟跌。消息面上,據乘聯會數據,7月全國乘用車市場零售172.0萬輛,同比下降2.8%,環比下降2.6%;今年以來累計零售1155.6萬輛,同比增長2.3%。7月乘用車生產198.2萬輛,同比下降5.3%,環比下降7.1%。7月全國乘用車廠商批發196.5萬輛,同比下降4.9%,環比下降9.4%。

黃金股下跌,招金礦業跌超4%,中國黃金國際、復興亞洲、山東黃金跌超2%。消息面上,央行公佈數據顯示,7月末,央行黃金儲備為7280萬盎司,為連續三個月維持不變。申銀萬國表示,市場期待美聯儲進行緊急降息以及9月更大幅度的降息,不過當下美聯儲表示不會進行緊急降息。黃金的行情可能取決於對系統性風險的擔憂和更大規模降息之間的博弈。

今日,南向資金淨賣出60.87億港元,其中港股通(滬)淨賣出22.75億港元,港股通(深)淨賣出38.12億港元。

展望後市,興業證券表示,港股第二階段行情的必要條件已經成熟。經過兩個多月的調整,港股風險得到充分釋放,配置價值凸顯。市場情緒顯著回落,港股估值水平回到歷史低位區間。港股第二階段行情的核心動力是龍頭公司盈利預測上調和持續回購。8月份港股中報季將到來,核心資產的業績指引有望超預期。在高質量發展背景下,投資者將更加重視股東回報,港股龍頭公司持續提高分紅和回購,將提升配置吸引力。
