孟加拉國總理逃亡印度 軍方稱將成立臨時政府
據路透，當地時間週一，孟加拉國總理謝赫哈西娜辭職並逃離該國，孟加拉陸軍參謀長薩曼將軍宣佈他將組成一個臨時政府。此前，在鎮壓示威活動中數百人喪生，這些示威活動最初是為了抗議就業配額，後來發展成為要求哈西娜下台的運動。而此次流亡結束了哈西娜為期15年的第二次執政。過去30年中，哈西娜作為政治運動的領導人執政了20年。
英國首相誓言迅速懲罰暴亂分子
據路透，英國首相基爾·斯塔默表示，針對穆斯林社區的暴力抗議者將迅速面臨“法律的全面制裁”，他正努力平息持續數日的反移民騷亂。
“無論表面上的動機是什麼，這都不是抗議，而是純粹的暴力，我們不會容忍對清真寺或穆斯林社區的襲擊。所有被認定參與其中的人都將受到法律的嚴懲。”
英國警方表示，自騷亂開始以來，他們已逮捕了 378 人，並警吿稱，對那些被判犯有暴力騷亂罪的人將判處“長期監禁”。
特朗普：選我炒股賺大錢
當地時間週一，美國前總統特朗普在自家社交媒體平台上感歎“美股崩了”。他表示：
“股票市場崩了，就業數字一團糟，我們正朝着第三次世界大戰前進。”
他表示，現在出現大規模的股市下跌是理所當然的事情，接下來就是“2024年大蕭條”。他還給這段話起了一個濃縮版的口號：特朗普賺錢（TRUMP CASH）和卡馬拉崩盤（KAMALA CRASH）。
谷歌在美國司法部關於默認搜索引擎的反壟斷訴訟中敗訴
據CNN，當地時間週一，美國聯邦法院裁定，谷歌為使其搜索引擎成為智能手機網絡瀏覽器的默認搜索引擎而支付的費用違反了美國反壟斷法，這代表美國司法部贏得關鍵勝利。華盛頓的法官Amit Mehta表示，Alphabet Inc.旗下谷歌支付的260億美元實際上阻止了任何其他競爭對手在市場上取得成功。反壟斷執法人員聲稱，谷歌非法維持了對在線搜索和相關廣吿的壟斷。該政府機構表示，谷歌幾十年來向蘋果、三星電子和其他公司支付了數十億美元，使其成為智能手機和網絡瀏覽器的默認搜索引擎。這幫助谷歌成為全球最常用的搜索引擎，並帶來超過3,000億美元的年收入，其中大部分來自搜索廣吿。
黃仁勛7月共套現超3.2億美元
美股科技股大跌前，英偉達CEO黃仁勛已經“精準”售股。他在7月份對英偉達股票套現3.227億美元，加上6月份出售的英偉達股票，黃仁勛已在本輪人工智能熱潮中總共套現了近5億美元。如果從2020年初開始計算，他本人已累計出售了約14億美元的股票。黃仁勛6-7月份的售股決定早已在3月份的“10b5-1”交易計劃中披露。計劃顯示，他8月份還會繼續售出股票。
馬斯克再度起訴OpenAI奧爾特曼
當地時間週一，馬斯克再度將OpenAI以及兩名創始人奧爾特曼、布洛克曼吿上法院。他聲稱兩人對馬斯克實施了“共謀敲詐勒索”，並要求法院認定OpenAI向微軟提供的大模型授權無效。今年3月，馬斯克曾將倆人吿上法庭。之所以要重新發起訴訟，馬斯克的律師表示，主要原因是前面的那個起訴不夠有力。
