中信證券研報認為,綜合近期政策更新,監管正在穩步推進兩輪車行業規範化,更有效率的龍頭企業優勢將會更強。龍頭企業優先受益於政策變動期。近期政策體現政府重視電動自行車行業安全性,並將從生產、存量兩方面同時入手綜合降低電動自行車安全隱患。生產端,首批符合《規範條件》的企業名單公佈,6家上榜公司全部為頭部企業,白名單模式方向確立。存量端,7月25日以舊換新跟進政策強調地方政府推進兩輪車以舊換新,預計《規範條件》可能將與以舊換新政策掛鈎,鼓勵合規生產、全流程監管。
