中國中車(01766.HK)近期簽訂459.9億元合同
格隆匯7月31日丨中國中車(01766.HK)公吿，公司於近期(主要為2024年6-7月)簽訂了若干項合同，合計金額約459.9億元人民幣，具體情況如下：
1.公司下屬動車企業與中國國家鐵路集團有限公司下屬各路局公司、大秦鐵路股份有限公司太原車輛段分別簽訂了總計約136.8億元人民幣的動車組高級修合同。
2.公司下屬貨車企業與中國國家鐵路集團有限公司、幾內亞辛費爾公司(SimferInfraco Guinée S.A.)分別簽訂了總計約82億元人民幣的貨車銷售合同。
3.公司下屬企業與上海申通地鐵建設集團有限公司、上海地鐵維護保障有限公司、蘇州市軌道交通集團有限公司、蘇州軌道交通運營有限公司、長春市地鐵有限責任公司、天津一號線軌道交通運營有限公司、青島地鐵集團有限公司、濟南交通發展投資有限公司、濟南軌道交通八號線投資發展有限公司、濟南軌道交通集團建設投資有限公司、墨西哥蒙特雷地鐵局(STC Metrorrey)分別簽訂了總計約75.3億元人民幣的城市軌道車輛銷售及維保合同。
4.公司下屬機車企業與中國國家鐵路集團有限公司、哈薩克斯坦國家鐵路貨運有限責任公司(KTZ-Freight Transportation Limited Liability Partnership)分別簽訂了總計約70.2億元人民幣的機車銷售合同。
5.公司下屬機車企業與中國國家鐵路集團有限公司下屬各路局公司分別簽訂了總計約61億元人民幣的機車修理合同。
6.公司下屬動車企業與中國國家鐵路集團有限公司分別簽訂了總計約15.1億元人民幣的動力集中動車組銷售合同。
7.公司下屬企業與湖南省第四工程有限公司新能源分公司、中國大唐集團國際貿易有限公司、中國電建集團西北勘測設計研究院有限公司、金風科技股份有限公司分別簽訂了總計約10.6億元人民幣的風電設備銷售合同。
8.公司控股子公司中車青島四方機車車輛股份有限公司與大秦鐵路股份有限公司簽訂了約8.9億元人民幣的動車組銷售合同。
