蜀道裝備(300540.SZ)盤中跌近7%至18.44元,創2月21日以來新低。蜀道裝備昨晚公吿,決定終止籌劃重大資產重組事項。自籌劃本次重大資產重組事項以來,公司與有關各方積極推動本次交易的各項工作。公司對項目實施了深入盡調論證和審慎研究,與交易對手方進行了持續磋商洽談,最終雙方未能就交易方案中的核心商業條款達成一致意見,公司基於審慎考慮,認為現階段繼續推進本次交易的條件尚未成熟,為切實維護上市公司和廣大投資者利益,決定終止本次重大資產重組事項並簽署《合同解除協議》。
