格隆匯7月30日丨華能國際電力股份(00902.HK)公吿，截至2024年6月30日止的6個月，公司及其子公司取得合併營業收入人民幣1188.06億元，同比下降5.73%；歸屬於公司權益持有者的淨利潤人民幣77.75億元，同比增長19.80%；每股收益為人民幣0.40元，每股淨資產(不含少數股東權益和其他權益工具)為人民幣3.97元。
上半年，公司緊緊圍繞年度目標任務，抓住市場機遇，科學推進生產經營、改革發展等各項工作，經營業績實現同比提升的同時，積極履行了為社會提供充足、可靠、環保電能的職責。
上半年，公司中國境內各運行電廠按合併報表口徑累計完成上網電量2,106.78億千瓦時，同比下降0.22%；公司境內電廠平均利用小時為1,680小時，同比減少120小時；公司市場化交易電量比例為86.91%，比去年同期下降0.77個百分點。
公司電量下降的主要原因是：為保障迎峯度夏期間電力供應，公司提前優化機組運行方式，合理安排檢修時間，火電發電量同比下降。公司大力推進綠色低碳發展，風電和光伏裝機容量持續增長，新能源發電量同比快速增長，促進年累計發電量降幅收窄。
上半年，公司抓住市場有利時機，科學優化採購策略，積極夯實長協資源保供控價基礎，把握政策機遇持續做優進口煤，利用市場供應相對寬鬆的窗口期，努力優化存煤結構，燃料成本控制成效顯著。2024年上半年，公司累計採購煤炭9,758.33萬噸，同比下降6.82%；累計入爐除税標煤單價人民幣1,010.32元╱噸，同比下降11.20%。
上半年，公司境內火電機組平均等效可用率為91.61%，生產供電煤耗為291.09克╱千瓦時，生產廠用電率為4.39%，能耗指標繼續保持較好水平。在大氣污染排放方面，公司所屬各發電企業均已實施超低排放改造，污染物排放指標符合或優於國家標準；在廢水排放和煤場、灰場揚塵治理方面，公司已在重點區域的電廠實施了相應的技改項目，這些項目均按預定計劃有序推進，保障了相關電廠的污染物排放水平滿足排污許可證和生態環境保護政策的要求。
