大行評級|大摩:下調金沙中國目標價至18港元 維持“與大市同步”評級
摩根士丹利的研究報吿指,在金沙中國的次季業績不如預期後,將其目標價由21港元降至18港元,維持“與大市同步”的評級。該行下調2024年至2026年的息税前折舊攤銷前利潤(EBITDA)預測9%、4%及5%,至22億美元、28億美元及30億美元,期內的每股盈利降低14%、6%及7%。大摩亦移除2024年的派息,減2025年及2026年的派息至0.5港元及1港元。該行現料公司第三季及第四季的物業EBITDA分別為5.35億港元及6.33億港元,而次季則錄得5.61億港元。
