大行評級|花旗:下調中國鐵建目標價至7.2港元 維持“買入”評級
花旗發表報吿指,由於中國鐵建第一季業績遜預期,加上今年餘下時間訂單動力可能放緩,將今明兩年盈利預測下調10至12%。花旗指,考慮到去年基數較高,加上房地產市場惡化令基建項目缺乏流動資金,預期中國鐵建的訂單動力在去年僅增長1.5%及今年第一季增長2%後,將持續放緩。全年訂單增長料將低於5%。花旗對中國鐵建目標價由7.7港元下調至7.2港元,仍維持“買入”評級,因為今年股息率約為9%。基礎建設行業方面,中國建築增長較快且管理層執行力較強,該行較傾向中國建築多於中國中鐵。
