A股異動丨中國重工升超7% 擬超50億元購買資產優化產能佈局
中國重工(601989.SH)盤初大幅拉昇升超7%,現報5.72元刷新階段新高,總市值超1300億元。7月26日晚間,中國重工披露了多項關聯交易公吿,涉資超50億元,既有資產收購,也有資產轉讓。具體來看,中國重工全資子公司大連造船之全資子公司中船天津擬以自有資金40.4億元購買港船重工臨港廠區部分資產,主要為固定資產和無形資產,本次擬收購資產為船舶建造重要生產資源。此前,中國重工預計2024年上半年淨利潤為5億元至5.8億元,同比增加160.25%至201.89%。
